Designed to: Guide and progress clients towards their specific goal(s) while still being realistic about time constraints, body capabilities, chronic pain, and other limitations.

What’s Included: These are all inclusive programs which include strength training, cardio (if desired and appropriate for client), corrective exercises relevant to the individual client, injury prevention measures, and warmup and cool down routines (including stretching and foam rolling). Clients have the option of having 1-3 virtual live sessions per week.


$180 Initial Assessment (1 time only)

Pre-Hab Routines

Designed to: Teach clients how to use different self mysofascial release tools (foam roller, lacrosse ball, etc), techniques, and stretching to release tight muscles, lengthen muscle fibers and use gentle corrective exercise to target and strengthen specific muscles depending on different common ailments and injuries.

What’s Included: Recommended self myofascial release, stretches, mobility work, activations, neuro-muscular training exercises and strength exercises for every targeted location of chronic pain. Every exercise has a video demonstration.

1.5 Hour Consultation

Designed to: Discuss and teach clients about whatever fitness/ nutrition/ hydration subject they’d like to discuss or gain insight on.

Common topics: Race specific nutrition and hydration recommendations, personalized injury prevention and niggle treatment recommendations, master class on SMR/stretching techniques, etc

What’s Included: 1.5 hour Zoom call. Pdf with relevant notes, equations, graphs, etc for subjects discussed.
