As someone who lives with chronic pain, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find fitness resources that are truly accessible and inclusive. That's why I created this ebook – to empower and support individuals from chronic pain communities who are underrepresented in the traditional fitness world. While personal training is ideal, I wanted to create a product that makes this knowledge and these “tool kits” more widely available because everyone deserves access to resources that support their fitness and well-being. In line with the core values of my company, which prioritize inclusivity and support for all individuals, I’ve priced it as affordable as possible so that cost isn’t a barrier.
