I've been working with Alyssa for a couple years now (I do one-three 1:1 sessions a week depending on the season). I've never worked with a personal trainer before and I'm so glad to be working with Alyssa. She's always prompt and she really pays attention to my specific issues (eg I had a broken arm that was never set) to ensure the programs are appropriate for my situation. She also prepares me for ski season every year. She’s gotten me fit enough to do 20 runs on a deep powder day including some intense long ones with moguls! She's a great motivator and very pleasant to work with.
